Liverpool have an interest in signing Leon Goretzka but the Bayern Munich midfielder isn’t looking to leave.
Leon Goretzka is keen to stay at Bayern Munich despite interest from Liverpool and West Ham United.
That is according to Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, who claims that Goretzka has made it clear that he doesn’t want to leave.
Goretzka’s agents aren’t even considering a summer exit even though Thomas Tuchel doesn’t seem entirely convinced.
The Bayern boss wants to go with Joshua Kimmich and Konrad Laimer as his midfield pairing, potentially leaving Goretzka on the bench.
Plettenberg adds that Goretzka is considered to be a ‘dream target’ for West Ham United.
The Hammers are looking for a new midfielder or two this summer after losing Declan Rice to Arsenal.
A move for Goretzka seems pretty ambitious but the Bayern midfielder doesn’t appear to be keen on moving.

Football Transfers report that Liverpool have been setting their sights on Goretzka as they revamp their midfield.
Fabinho and Jordan Henderson seem to be heading for Saudi Arabia so Liverpool are looking at more midfielders.
28-year-old Goretzka is one target and Bayern are allegedly keen to sell for around €40million (£34million).
However, 90Min add that Liverpool and Manchester United will not advance their interest in Goretzka because he is so adamant about staying at Bayern.
Only if Goretzka changes his mind would those teams make moves for Goretzka, leaving the ball firmly in his court.
Jurgen Klopp will be well aware of what compatriot Goretzka can do and actually tried to sign him in 2018 – but Goretzka chose Bayern.
Maybe the stars will align this summer but it will take Goretzka changing his mind in order to make an Anfield move finally happen.
