Indiana fever fans in tears as Caitlin Clark is leaving

INDIANAPOLIS — Ten seconds. That’s all it took for Caitlin Clark to give a pair of Indiana Fever fans the memory of a lifetime.

After Clark walked off the court following her pregame shooting Thursday, she signed dozens of autographs ahead of her home debut at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Two women sporting Clark’s blue Fever jerseys — replicas of what she’d wear in the game — held out hats for her to sign.

When Clark obliged, they hugged each other and cried tears of joy as Clark slipped off down the tunnel.
