‘He’ll be fuming’…Roy Keane says 28-year-old West Ham player won’t be happy with David Moyes after Manchester United

West Ham were well and truly beaten by Manchester United today as David Moyes had another unhappy return to Old Trafford.

Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho found their shooting boots to propel United back into the European picture and dent West Ham’s own hopes.

For the Hammers, it was a very disappointing day at the office really. They failed to ever get going and their top players weren’t involved in the game.

Of course, one of the players to hardly be involved at all after being dropped to the bench was Kalvin Phillips.
The Man City loanee started last week but only came on for the final 25 today and speaking about the England man, Sky pundit Roy Keane suggested Phillips would have been fuming at being left out.

“From the player’s point of view I think he’ll be fuming. You go out on loan to play some games you get 70 minutes, he’s a sitting midfielder so you use your intelligence there in terms of when to sprint. Obviously David Moyes will be worried about him, in terms of picking up an injury but from the player’s point of view he has to get minutes, has to get games, now he’s gone from City and he’s sat on the bench and I think from the player’s point of view, he’ll be fuming,” Keane said.
