Never-seen-before talent MacKenzie Hunt named in Everton squad today – Confirmed XI v West Ham
MacKenzie Hunt has been named in the Everton squad for the game against West Ham on Sunday (29 October).
The 21-year-old defender has never made a senior appearance for the Blues and he will be hoping to get his chance off the bench at the London Stadium.
Sean Dyche has made just one change to his starting lineup for the game against the Hammers, with Nathan Patterson coming in to replace the suspending Ashley Young following his red card against Liverpool.

Jordan Pickford will start in goal, with Patterson, James Tarkowski, Jarred Branthwaite and Vitaliy Mykolenko making up the defence.
Amadou Onana, James Garner and Abdoulaye Doucoure will start in midfield, while Jack Harrison, Dwight McNeil and Dominic Calver-Lewin will start in the attacking positions.
Opportunity
It could be a huge opportunity for Hunt to impress if Dyche decides to hand him his Everton debut against West Ham this afternoon.
The Toffees manager has clearly been impressed by the defender’s form for the U-21s this season, where he has scored one goal in six appearances.
He comes in to provide extra cover in the fullback areas following the controversial sending off of Young at Anfield last weekend.
The Blues will be hoping to get back to winning ways after the disappointment of the Merseyside Derby defeat and a victory over the Hammers would provide them with a huge boost.
It will be a difficult game, but Dyche’s side have competed reasonably well in the majority of matches they have played in this season and there’s no reason why they can’t do the same at the London Stadium.
