Expansion of Suite Offerings: Over 150 new luxury suites will be added, including field-level suites, skyboxes, and ultra-premium club spaces designed to rival professional stadium experiences. Each suite will feature cutting-edge amenities such as private lounges, gourmet catering, concierge service, and panoramic field views.

 

Entertainment District Integration: A new entertainment district, named “Raider Landing,” will be constructed adjacent to the stadium, featuring restaurants, sports bars, retail outlets, live music stages, and a boutique hotel. One major donor, oil and tech entrepreneur and Texas Tech alumnus Clay Bledsoe, committed $100 million to the project. The stadium’s new west entrance plaza will be named “Bledsoe Gateway” in his honor.
