David Moyes has one really big call to make for the West Ham vs Nottingham Forest clash, and I’m hoping that he makes the correct decision.
The West Ham vs Nottingham Forest Premier League showdown tomorrow is an absolutely vital one, and we need to head into the international break on the back of three points.
West Ham have taken just four points from our last seven Premier League games, and have slid down the table considerably as a result.
In my opinion, the main reason for our poor form over the past couple of months has been Moyes’s stubbornness when it comes to starting Michail Antonio in pretty much every single game.
The forward has earned more headlines for his antics on his podcast this season than he has from his performances on the pitch, and Gabby Agbonlahor absolutely battered him for his unprofessionalism on talkSPORT earlier this week.
I believe that if Moyes makes the mistake of starting the 33-year-old again tomorrow, he’ll just be asking for trouble…

The answer is simple for the Scot. Lucas Paqueta, Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen absolutely have to be our front three against Forest.
Moyes has the blueprint for success after last week’s 3-1 Carabao Cup win over Arsenal at the London Stadium.
And starting Antonio again would be a huge backwards step as far as I’m concerned.
The Jamaica international, who earns £100k-a-week at the London Stadium (Give Me Sport), is the Hammers’ third longest serving current player, behind Aaron Cresswell and Angelo Ogbonna.
He has been a great servant for us throughout the years, but he has regressed badly over the past 12 months or so.
Antonio shouldn’t be anywhere near the current starting XI, that’s painfully obvious to see for the majority of West Ham fans.
Unfortunately for us though, Moyes doesn’t seem to be on the same wavelength.
