Mbappe’s stance on replacing Mo Salah at Liverpool if Saudi secures transfer

Kylian Mbappe is one of the only players on the planet who could fill Mohamed Salah’s shoes should Liverpool decide to sell the Egyptian megastar after another mammoth Saudi Arabian bid

Kylian Mbappe would reportedly “be open” to replacing Mohamed Salah at Liverpool.
Salah’s future at Anfield still remains in doubt with Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad refusing to back down in their pursuit of the Egyptian megastar. The Reds have already rejected a £150million offer for Salah, but their resolve could be tested once more with Al-Ittihad reportedly preparing a mammoth £200m bid.
Jurgen Klopp has the benefit of the Saudi transfer window closing on 10pm Thursday, meaning even Al-Ittihad have acknowledged that their offer may come too late in the day.
But Liverpool potentially have a replacement lined up if they finally decide to part ways with Salah, in the form of Paris Saint-Germain sensation Kylian Mbappe.
That is according to French outlet L’Equipe, who state the France captain is “open” to the idea of joining Liverpool next summer. Mbappe, widely believed to be a future Ballon d’Or winner, has been continuously linked with a move to Anfield in recent years.
