Jack Grealish reacts after watching Everton teammate Jordan Pickford in England vs Serbia
Everton are receiving Jordan Pickford back from international duty following England’s latest victory against Serbia.
After playing in Belgrade on Tuesday evening, it will be a quick turnaround for Pickford who will be facing Aston Villa on Saturday.
David Moyes will be delighted to see his 31-year-old goalkeeper return to Finch Farm unscathed from two World Cup Qualifiers.
The national media praised Pickford on Tuesday after keeping a clean sheet against Serbia.
However, tougher tests will soon follow for Pickford, who will be coming up against a Villa side still in search of their first victory this season.
Jack Grealish has been backed to return to the England squad ahead of the World Cup next year following a bright start on Merseyside.
For now, the 30-year-old has reacted to Pickford’s latest performance in Belgrade.

Pickford has been hailed by Duncan Ferguson for his efforts in keeping Everton a top flight club over recent years.
Taking to Instagram after the match in Belgrade, Pickford shared a number of images, which he captioned: ‘Great night & another clean sheet! Away support was unreal as always.’
England fans backed Pickford as their number one, following Dean Henderson’s recent success with Crystal Palace.
Everton forward Grealish also shared his thoughts on Tuesday evening by reacting to Pickford’s post with two clapping emojis.
Pickford and Grealish have a strong friendship from their years together playing for the Three Lions, which played its role in the forward joining Everton.
The next international break is only a matter of weeks away and Grealish will be hoping to keep up his current form, with Thomas Tuchel closely watching.
Grealish’s Everton form has caught Thomas Tuchel’s attention
Sam Allardyce has praised Grealish’s start to life at Everton, which currently has the forward as the Premier League’s top assist maker.
His current form is undeniable, but Grealish needs to show some consistency over the course of the season.
After being asked about the Everton loanee just a matter of days ago, Tuchel admitted he loved Grealish and has been watching him at Everton.
“I think they can have a bit more rhythm, I think Jack is starting to play again and he has a huge impact at Everton, which is nice to see,” he said.
If Grealish continues to play the way he has started the season there should be no reason as to why he doesn’t receive a call up.
