Celtic is reportedly preparing a renewed bid for Ghana international Daniel Amartey.
Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers, who managed Amartey during his tenure at Leicester, aims to bring the midfielder to Parkhead. Despite strong links to Celtic after leaving the relegated Foxes last summer,
Amartey joined Turkish club Besiktas as a free agent. The 29-year-old has made 27 appearances for Besiktas this season but has recently fallen out of favor. Reports from Amartey’s home country suggest that Rodgers will attempt to reunite with the 53-cap international this summer.
