Report:”Smith’s Bold Move Shakes Up Corporate Dynamics”

“Clement delivers a pointed response to Sutton’s assertion about Celtic getting under Rangers’ skin.”

Rangers manager Philippe Clement has rejected Chris Sutton’s suggestion that Brendan Rodgers managed to provoke him with a Celtic-related comment. Clement expressed dissatisfaction with Rodgers’ remark, which he deemed disrespectful, during a press conference. However, when questioned about Sutton’s theory that Rodgers is gaining an advantage through mind games, Clement dismissed the idea, emphasizing that he remains unfazed by such tactics. Sutton had weighed in on the situation, claiming that Rodgers’ remarks had unsettled Clement, who appeared more composed upon his arrival but now seems affected by the pressure.

“I’m unsure why Brendan made that statement. It may have been intended humorously, but it’s more prudent to let results speak for themselves by the season’s end.”

When questioned about Sutton’s assertion, Clement dismissed it, saying, “No, if I were to comment on every remark circulating in this city, I’d hardly find time to sleep, let alone focus on anything else. It’s pointless.”

Pressed further, Clement reiterated, “I’ve already addressed it. It’s done.”Report:"Smith's Bold Move Shakes Up Corporate Dynamics"

Regarding the upcoming derby at Parkhead, where Celtic holds a three-point lead, Rodgers had said, “Take nothing for granted, keep our composure… next Saturday we can have a bit of fun.”

In response, Clement remarked, “I find that statement lacking respect towards my team. I refrain from making such comments about opponents. Nonetheless, we’ll be ready for whatever comes our way. If they plan to have fun, so will we.”
