Everton deadline day stance on Chuba Akpom as another deal ‘could happen today

It is expected that, for Everton, any incomings on Deadline Day must first be facilitated by a big sale.

And whilst the likes of Jarrad Branthwaite and Amadou Onana would represent massive boosts to the coffers, should they be the ones offloaded, the vacancies they would leave are almost impossible to fill.

Therefore, if Sean Dyche is intent on bringing someone in before the January window slams shut, he is fortunate to boast a few less important stars who could still fetch a solid fee without ravaging the squad.
