Moise Kean could already be on his way out of Juventus on loan just ten months after departing Everton.
Everton have clinically misfired in the transfer window since Farhad Moshiri took over the club in February 2016.
The Toffees have been prone to shelling out millions on several flops.
Names that initially spring to mind are Morgan Schneiderlin, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Sandro Ramirez.
After departing Goodison Park permanently in March 2023, Moise Kean became the latest player to be added to that list.

How did Moise Kean perform at Everton?
Everton paid £27.5 million to capture Moise Kean from Juventus in the summer of 2019.
At the time, the 19-year-old was a wonderkid and the Toffees managing to pull off this transfer was seen as a statement of intent.

Kean arrived on the back of scoring eight goals in 21 matches for Juve and shot onto the international stage with two goals in three appearances for Italy.
Supporters wouldn’t have been wrong to assume he was brought in to lead their line for the next decade. Still, after a first season at Goodison, in which he netted just twice in 29 Premier League appearances, the Italian’s struggles were brought to light.
He would go on to enjoy a successful loan spell in Ligue 1, scoring 13 goals in 26 appearances for PSG in the 2020/21 campaign.
Following that, Kean went on to play just two more times for Everton before being sent on a two-year loan to Juventus, which was made permanent for £25 million in March 2023 after certain sporting objectives were met.
He has since scored just once in 17 appearances for Juve, failing to find the back of the net in 13 Serie A matches this term.
It now looks as though he could be on the move once more…
Kean is on the verge of joining Atletico Madrid
According to Fabrizio Romano, Kean has already agreed to join Atletico Madrid on a loan deal till the end of the season, but it all depends on whether Angel Correa’s proposed move to Al-Ittihad goes through.

Kean has crumbled under the enormous weight of his potential but a loan move to Atletico to work under Diego Simeone could be the catalyst to get him firing.
At the age of 23, the striker still has his whole career ahead of him and has plenty of time to put it right.
In truth, Everton haven’t fared much better without the Italian.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin and summer signing Beto have only scored seven goals between them this season in a combined 44 matches.
