Minnesota VikingsMedia and fans piled on the Saints after they got ‘their — kicked’ in 1st half by Vikings

The first half of the game between the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings game did not look like a battle between two 5-4 teams with the home team holding a 24-3 lead at halftime.

The Saints offense never quite got going, and the defense was throttled by an offense led by Vikings QB Joshua Dobbs and tight end T.J. Hockenson.

Through the first two quarters, the Saints had no answer for Dobbs. The Tennessee product completed 18 of 22 passes for 220 yards and one touchdown. He also ran six times for 40 yards and a TD.

Hockenson was his top target, pulling in 10 passes for 128 yards and one touchdown.

Fans and members of the media were not kind to a Saints team that looked nothing like the current leader of the NFC South.
