The Friedkin Group have pulled off a game-changing move just months into their reign at Everton.
The Toffees were in desperate need of a new ownership structure after the failures of Farhad Moshiri in years gone by.
It is fair to say the L4 club got what they needed, and that has continued with some excellent performances on the pitch with David Moyes in charge.
With that being said, the Friedkins have now pulled off a shocking move on Merseyside, which is likely to represent a massive boost moving into the new stadium.

Everton Women to now use Goodison Park
With there being just one Premier League game of the season remaining at the Grand Old Lady, there is plenty of emotion surrounding the Evertonians.

The move to the Bramley-Moore Dock arena is primed and ready ahead of the new campaign, with excitement building in recent weeks.
Although that is the case, the prospect of the L4 stadium being knocked down was something many were upset about.
That is no longer going to be the case, as the ground will now be dedicated to the women’s team and become their long-term home in what has been hailed as a “game-changing move for women’s football”.
The Guardian reported on 13 May that this represents a “shock move” from the Friedkins in the hope of making Goodison “one of the most distinctive homes in European women’s football”.
