Report: Zach LaVine Would Like To Land With Lakers, Heat, 76ers, Spurs Or Kings
Chicago Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine would like to land with the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, San Antonio Spurs or Sacramento Kings, according to Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.
Teams are probing the availability of LaVine and there’s been increased openness from the Bulls and LaVine about exploring a trade, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. The Lakers, Sixers and Heat are interested in trading for LaVine, per Charania.
LaVine is averaging 21.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists this season while shooting 40.7% from the floor, 33.0% from beyond the arc and 87.1% from the free-throw line. The two-time All-Star scored a career-high 51 points against the Detroit Pistons in the third game of the season.

LaVine signed a five-year, $215 million contract in the summer of 2022. The two-time Slam Dunk Contest champion has the same agent (Rich Paul of Klutch Sports Group) as Lakers stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
“That’s why I have representatives like Rich Paul. If he speaks on my behalf, that’s my agent. That’s who I obviously have my camp with. They talk to Artūras (Karnišovas) and them,” LaVine said while addressing the trade rumors. “My job is to go out here and play. Simple as that.”
LaVine has career averages of 20.5 points with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Bulls. Since he doesn’t have a no-trade clause in his contract, LaVine can’t control where he gets traded.

LaVine has only made the playoffs once in his career. That was in 2022 with the Bulls.
