Everton have so many plates to balance at the moment, but arguably of the most importance is their ongoing appeal.

KC Laurence Rabinowitz will have made clear his argument in the trial held over two weeks ago now, and all the Toffees can do is patiently await an outcome, praying it will come back positive.

After all, that ray of hope could mean so much to a club has been dealt with such unrelenting negativity in recent years.

If anything, the scale of their operations only further intensifies the scrutiny, which they do little to abate.

But, should they achieve the unthinkable and end up in power, then arguably things might be even worse.

After all, one recent report from Josimar, who have expertly pulled back the curtain on many controversies arising from 777 Partners, has suggested that they arguably need Everton even more than the club needs them.

Should that be the case, it truly is a terrifying possibility, that leaves the club damned if they do and damned if they don’t.
