‘World class’ attacker has just rejected two clubs after rumours he wants to join Tottenham

A talented attacker in Europe has just rejected two clubs after rumours suggest he wants to join Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

There’s a special feeling around Tottenham Hotspur at the moment having signed a trio of talented youngsters.

Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Yang Min-hyuk have all linked up with Ange Postecoglou’s side this summer and there are still expected to be further additions.

With that said, a rumoured target has just rejected two clubs.

Federico Chiesa rejects Besiktas and Al-Ahli

Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with a move for Juventus attacker Federico Chiesa and it’s believed the Italy international wants to join the North Londoners.

That said, it has just emerged that Chiesa has rejected moves to Besiktas and Al-Ahli as he only wants to move to one of the top five leagues, according to Calcio Mercato.

Spurs have made contact with Juve over a potential deal and have learnt the asking price, which is believed to be around £25m due to his contract situation.

Chiesa’s deal expires next summer, so Juve are keen to move him on in this window to avoid losing him on a free in a year’s time.

Tottenham haven’t decided if they will move for Federico Chiesa

Tottenham haven’t decided yet if they will move to sign Chiesa but they’re expected to make a decision imminently.

That could happen in the next few hours as the club weigh up making a proposal for the 26-year-old, who netted 10 times last term.

Spurs are also thought to be looking at Wolves wide player Pedro Neto and Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze.

Though, those two will cost significantly more and are much tougher deals to complete considering how important they are to their respective clubs.
