The outlet has claimed that Jurgen Klopp is an admirer of the German star as the 20-year-old has been on the radar of a number of top clubs.

Musiala has three years remaining on his contract with Thomas Tuchel’s side and becomes the latest player mooted with a move to Anfield, after Leroy Sane over the weekend.

Darren England, who was at the centre of the controversy after Luis Diaz’s offside goal against Tottenham Hotspur, has been reinstated and will be the fourth official for Brentford’s encounter with Burnley. England was taken out of the firing line in light of the decision to wrongly disallow Diaz’s effort in North London.

The PGMOL confirmed there had been a “significant human error” from the officials at Stockley Park with audio footage, later released, depicting the magnitude of the error.

Dan Cook, Assistant VAR for Liverpool’s defeat to Spurs, also returns to Premier League football as he will run the line for Sheffield United’s clash against Manchester United at 8pm on Saturday.

Zenden makes Mohamed Salah claim despite Liverpool stars form
Bolo Zenden believes Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is yet to be back to his best.

“Salah is a different story. With him, people mainly look at the stats, goals and assists. Whether he plays well or badly, he is judged on the numbers,” he said in an interview with Soccernewsnl.

“He has scored five goals so far, but that does not mean he is back to his old self. He has scored so many goals in the past that it brings pressure. He will start to feel that.

“But Salah will also be incredibly important for Liverpool this year and be at the top of the table Europe-wide.”
