The announcement of a formidable roster for Team Fiji’s Olympic Games campaign in Paris in 2024 is made with great pleasure by Fiji Rugby. Later this month, the team, led by Head Coach Osea Kolinisau, will target Olympic success. The 15-person team has been finalized by head coach Osea Kolinisau. “The Olympic Games are a unique event,” Kolinisau remarked, “and given our limited time together, our biggest challenge will be adjusting to the rhythm and flow that comes with the international stage.” Nonetheless, I have faith in the skill and background of our players.
Olympic gold medallist Jerry Tuwai, who competed in both the 2016 and 2020 Games, is leading the highly experienced men’s team. With a mix of youthful energy and seasoned veterans, Fiji Rugby is sure that this team will rise to the challenge and represent the country with pride in Paris.
