According to News Corp, Brad Arthur will have a formal interview on Friday night for the head coaching position at Leeds Rhinos, suggesting that he may be heading to the English Super League to further his coaching career, a month after being fired by the Parramatta Eels.

Having coached the Eels for 11 seasons and 264 games, including a grand final participation in 2022, Arthur is the longest-serving NRL coach in history.
However, after the team’s 48-16 loss to the Storm at Magic Round—a performance that even he called “embarrassing”—he was shockingly fired the day before his 50th birthday. The Eels are currently in the process of replacing him, with Trent Barrett, Jason Ryles, and Josh Hannay among the contenders.
