Matt Bondswell, a left back, has left Newcastle United after three years at St James’ Park. The former Nottingham Forest youth product, who made an impression during preseason 2022—especially in a 3-2 Eusebio Cup loss to Benfica—leaves Tyneside without making a meaningful first-team appearance.
