Ex-West Ham manager could sign Hammer he brought to LS as club chief makes frank admission

Real Betis president Angel Haro has admitted that West Ham United player Pablo Fornals in on his radar this month.

Hammers boss David Moyes has clearly lost trust in the 27-year-old, and has given him just 874 minutes action in all competitions so far this season (Transfermarkt).

Fornals has looked like an absolute shadow of the player he once was this season, and his regression has actually been painful to watch.

As far as I’m concerned, the sooner we get rid of him the better. He is having absolutely no kind of positive impact on the team right now, and he hasn’t done for quite some time.

Now Fornals could be set for a reunion with the man who brought him to the London Stadium in 2019…

Manuel Pellegrini could bring Pablo to Real Betis in the January window.

MORE WEST HAM STORIES
Real Betis president Angel Haro has admitted that Fornals is on his radar this winter, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo:

“For a player to arrive there must be departures, just for economic control, if we do not release the limit, there will be no arrival. Without talking about proper names, he (Fornals) is a player who has been on the radar. They are interesting, but we have nothing regarding this player.”

I think that a move to Betis would be the ideal outcome for Fornals, West Ham and the Spanish club.

The 27-year-old is just not good enough for the Premier League anymore, what with the physicality and intensity of the English game.

I believe he’ll be far better suited to La Liga, and a reunion with Pellegrini may well do him the world of good.

If Pablo Fornals leaves West Ham in the January window, let’s just hope that we get a decent enough fee for him.
