At the moment, there are five senior Palace players who are currently injured. A couple may make the match-day squad if they pass late fitness tests.
The latest Crystal Palace injury update suggests that the game against Burnley comes too soon for Dean Henderson and James Tomkins. Meanwhile, Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze have returned to first-team training but it is not known whether they are available for the match.
Roy Hodgson will be hoping the attacking duo return as the Eagles have only managed eight goals in the Premier League, this is the joint second lowest.
Defender Tyrick Mitchell came off against Spurs with a knock. Despite this, there is hope that he will be fit to face Burnley on the weekend.

Some of the key players have been returning from injury over the last couple of weeks. This will be crucial for the game on the weekend. Mitchell was a doubt, but with him able to walk off against Spurs and training all week, he should make the match.

Cheick Doucoure and Jefferson Lerma looked a lot fitter last week following their recent returns to injury. With Eze still a doubt, Will Hughes will most likely retain his place in the starting lineup.
Meanwhile, up top, the Eagles desperately need a creative threat, Jeffrey Schlupp has done nothing good to not from an attacking perspective this season, and with Olise close to a return, we expect the Frenchman to make his first appearance of the Premier League campaign.
Last season, Olise, who is still only 21 years-old, managed 11 assists in the Premier League, this was the fourth-most in the division. This is why it’s so vital that Palace get the player back sooner rather than later.
Schlupp, who Palace signed for around £12m, has no goals or assists in the nine matches he has played this season. It is simply not good enough.
It is easy to forget that Odsonne Edouard has managed to score four goals this season in the division. If there is a good creative player around him there is no doubt that he can score against a Burnley side battling relegation.
