It’s possible that AC Milan could unveil their new head coach as soon as today. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Rossoneri have reached a complete agreement on a contract with Paulo Fonseca, the former coach of Lille, Roma, Shakhtar, and Porto. The club is now in the final stages of negotiating contracts with Fonseca’s coaching staff before making the official announcement.

Fonseca’s contract with Milan is expected to last until the summer of 2026, with an option for automatic extension for an additional season. He will reportedly earn 2.5 million euros per year at Milan.

If appointed, Fonseca will succeed Stefano Pioli as Milan’s head coach. Last season, Milan secured a second-place finish in Serie A.
