Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min has said that he wants to stay at the club and get back to his best.
Son Heung-min has said that his dream remains to play in the Premier League, adding that he wants to show the Tottenham fans that he is still a superb footballer.
The South Korea international forward will be hoping that the new season, under new boss Ange Postecoglou, will be more of a success for him.
Son scored just 10 goals in the Premier League last season for Spurs in what was a disappointing season.
“If I wanted to go there, I would not be here!” Son said, as quoted in The Daily Mail.
“I love playing football. Obviously, money is also important but I dream of playing (in the) Premier League.”
The forward continued: “Last season I really suffered physically. I want to prove this season that I’m the Sonny that we all know.”

Despite reiterating his commitment to Tottenham, the £192,000-a-week (SalarySport) star couldn’t rule out a move to Saudi Arabia in the future and has described the prospect as interesting.
“Most people are going (to Saudi Arabia) at the moment which is really, really interesting, but the Premier League is still a dream for me to play for it, so I’m looking forward to this season,” he added.

Son, who has been an ever-present figure for Spurs since his move to the Premier League from Bayer Leverkusen back in 2015, will be hoping that the former Celtic boss, Postecoglou, will have an immediate impact at Tottenham.
Harry Kane’s future is up in the air, with Bayern Munich circling to sign the English striker, according to The Athletic.
Retaining Son, who has been a consistent performer for Spurs over the years, will be crucial for the North London club.
The hope will be that the signings of James Maddison and Manor Solomon will ensure Son and Kane get the service the pair need.
With over 100 goals in the Premier League for Tottenham, Son is a bonafide modern-day Spurs legend, and him saying that he wants to stay will be music to the ears for the fans of the North London club
