Why Chelsea FINALLY Turned A Corner.
Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise has missed the whole 2023/24 Premier League season so far due to injury and there is now reports of an injury update on the player.

Journalist for The Athletic Matt Woosnam has the latest on the winger.

So, when could Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise return for the Eagles and could he be available for Newcastle? Let’s take a look

What’s the story?
Michael Olise suffered a hamstring injury over the summer whilst playing for the France U21 side in the U21 European Championships.

Journalist Matt Woosnam provided the latest injury update on the Palace attacker. Writing for The Athletic, he said: “The upcoming fixtures with Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur represent their toughest back-to-back games to date, and they will be without Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise through hamstring injuries.”

No doubt these next two games for the Eagles are very tough, with Newcastle undefeated in their last seven matches in all competitions, whilst Spurs haven’t lost yet in the Premier League this season.

The ‘terrific‘ winger would have been of great use this season. Palace have looked very strong and sit in the top half but many will no doubt be wondering what could have been if Olise had been available.

It will no doubt be sad that he most likely not be available for the next two Premier League games but with them being very tough matches, manager Roy Hodgson may have been worried about giving him his first minutes of the season after a long injury against such tough opposition.

After Spurs and Newcastle is Burnley, and no doubt this could be a very good game for Olise to return from injury.
